Welcome to Sunrise 2 Sundown. By accessing our website or utilizing our junk removal and demolition services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Sunrise 2 Sundown provides junk removal, light demolition, and related hauling services for residential and commercial properties. We reserve the right to refuse service for any items we deem hazardous, illegal, or unsafe to transport.

2. Hazardous Materials

We absolutely do not handle, remove, or transport hazardous materials, including but not limited to: asbestos, wet paint, chemicals, motor oil, biological waste, or highly flammable items. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure no such materials are included in the items to be removed.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is determined on-site before work begins. If the scope of work changes, the price may be adjusted accordingly. You are under no obligation to proceed if you do not agree with the final on-site quote.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

5. Property Access and Liability

The customer agrees to provide safe and clear access to the items being removed. While we take the utmost care in removing items from your property, Sunrise 2 Sundown is not liable for minor incidental damage (e.g., scuffed walls, scratched floors) that may occur during the normal course of moving heavy or bulky items out of confined spaces.
